Our new logo and colour scheme compliments the theme for our refurbishment programme. We will shortly be providing a sneak preview of our improved facilities.



 

 

Service Improvements

                                       


Burton Clinic Personal Estimates Service is proving popular with both patients and our colleagues in Finance. This streamlined approach enables improved access to information and a rapid response to enquiries.

Recent extension of hours for the provision of MRI and CT scan appointments is enabling the provision of evening and Saturday appointments for Burton Clinic patients. Appointments are managed and delivered directly by the Imaging Department, on receipt of Consultant request.

Maralyn Read and Claire Storey our Catering Management Team, are concentrating their efforts this month on a new look!


Claire is researching  a smart new look for hostesses, together with replacement of our tableware to compliment the new colour scheme.


To enhance the new Waiting Area, the installation of a refreshment zone to support our "by order"  kitchen service, challenges Maralyn to source user friendly "on demand" equipment, providing availability of beverages 24 hours a day.

Here at Burton Clinic we are proud of our attention to detail and work tirelessly to ensure that patients are kept safe.

 

Once again our Infection Control Team have reported that our standards are returning a 100% compliance.

Our refurbishment programme continues, with upgrade to Burton Clinic Lobby, Reception and Waiting Area, followed by improvements to our inpatient suites.

Our Administration Team relocate to their new base on March 1st, bringing them together in an open plan work environment, directly adjacent to our planned Welcome Desk.

Our programme of works is phased to minimise disruption to patients and visitors.

Currently on schedule for the first phase of the programme to be completed by March 31st,  our efforts will then be concentrated on upgrading our inpatient suites and modernising the outpatient facility.
